Why is English important?

The Englishman is considered that at present the most important language on a global scale, already should be for those for which they speak it like the first language or those who speak it like the second language, that is to say like secondary language after the maternal language. Although the English-speakers of native type (those who speak it like official language of the country in which they were born) are not so many people like those of other such languages like Spanish or the Chinese, English gains absolutely any battle when one speaks about persons who speak or dominate English as the second language.

 

In this sense, it is possible to be said that the English language is present in almost the whole world and it is considered to be the main communication element between very diverse cultures that share few ones or no feature together. The phenomenon of the English language is interesting because also it can be related to a debate on its presence in the whole world, its reasons and consequences.
